📺 Smart TV Available – Log in with your own streaming accounts.

🗝️ House Rules

🚭 No Smoking Indoors – A $200 cleaning fee applies.
🎉 No Unauthorized Parties or Events – Only registered guests allowed.
🔇 Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM – Please respect our neighbors.
🔥 Fire Safety: No fireworks, bonfires, or open flames on the property.

🐶 No Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed unless approved by the host. A $300 fine, along with additional charges for any damages, will be applied if pets are found.

🍽️ Kitchen & BBQ

👨‍🍳 Fully Equipped Kitchen – Includes a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishes, wine cups, coffe maker, and dishwasher, etc.
🔥 BBQ Grill: Propane provided. Please clean the grill after use. During the snow season, outdoor BBQ use may not be possible if the weather conditions are unfavorable.
🗑️ Dishwashing: Please wash all dishes before checkout.

🔐 Security Deposit Policy

💰 Deposit: A $300 Security Deposit may be charged at the time of booking. It will be fully refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damages are found.

🚨 Deposit Forfeiture May Apply for:

✅Structural Damage – Walls, floors, doors, or windows.
✅Furniture/Appliance Damage – Broken or heavily damaged items.
✅Excessive Cleaning – Stains, spills, or deep cleaning beyond normal use.
✅Theft/Loss – Missing property or items.
✅Bedding & Linen Damage – Stains or damage to sheets, towels, or linens.
✅Unauthorized Pets – Damage from unapproved animals.
✅Smoking Violations – Smoke damage in non-smoking areas.
✅Disruptive Behavior – Parties or disturbances causing damage.
