We were a group of 4 couples with a total of 8 kids between us. The house was spacious with lots of sleeping room and a big kitchen. The property is not actually on the waterfront but it is a short walk through a path in the forest. The beach was small, a bit swampy, but the kids had fun there. We had horrible weather the weekend we went and I'm sure it would have been even better with some sunshine.Large outdoor space behind the house was nice for the kids too.Kitchen could use re-stocking - there weren't enough forks or cups for the 16 of us and we had to go to the dollar store to get more. We had an amazing stay at Edward's cottage! We were a large group of 30 friends, and the property accommodated us comfortably. The cottage was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a great weekend away.Edward was a fantastic host—very responsive, flexible, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. He was always quick to answer questions and made sure everything went smoothly from booking to checkout.The cottage itself was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for a large group gathering. We made so many great memories and couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend Edward's cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at CozyCotts! The cottage itself is really nice and a very big place, giving us plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable.The location in Washago is simply beautiful. The cottage offers such a peaceful, scenic setting, and we had such a good and fun time just enjoying the property and the outdoors.What really made the trip stand out was how well-managed everything was. The cottage was perfectly clean, fully equipped with what we needed, and the host was exceptionally responsive from start to finish.Overall, a perfect getaway. We stayed here with a large group (20 people) for a work retreat and overall it was a great space for what we needed. The house is very spacious, comfortable for a big group, and relatively clean. There were plenty of common areas to gather, and the layout worked well for group meals and activities.A few small maintenance and kitchen supply issues came up during our stay (some items missing or not fully functional, and a couple of recreational amenities not working as expected). None of these were deal-breakers, but addressing them would really elevate the experience, especially for large groups relying on the space for cooking and group activities.Overall, a solid option for group retreats, and with a bit of upkeep this place could easily be a 5-star stay.

Large private cottage We just had our small family wedding at the property.  The rooms are spacious, most with washrooms and showers, lots of outdoor space for activities.  We enjoyed billiard pool, darts and karaoke for indoor activities. The private beach with the paddleboat, kayaks and canoe was awesome. Our family had a wonderful time!

Amazing grad trip vacation!! 30 friends stayed here as our grad trip before we all move across Canada soon. The house was amazing and comfortably fit all of us. All of the common areas were very spacious which allowed us to all hangout together. Kayaks/canoes, fire pit, karaoke room, and multiple game tables provided were a hit for us as it gave many options for activities to do. The host was AMAZING at responding quickly to messages and addressing any questions or concerns that came up before, during, and after the trip. Ice machine and water cooler were mentioned in the listing which were not there however it is possible we just could not find them. They were not necessary for us but may be important to note for anyone banking on those to be at the property! Overall 10/10 experience and would 100% recommend or book this property again!

Great stay for team retreat We enjoyed our stay here while on a work retreat. Rooms were great and the projector/meeting area was good for work discussions. We also enjoyed downtime in the great room, outdoor property, and using the entertainment amenities . Kitchen was nice and large, allowing easy prep of large meals. Our stay was interrupted by a power outage for the area due to a severe storm but the host was accommodating and dropped off supplies. The host was very flexible and accommodating with us cutting our visit short due to a prolonged power outage. We would definitely visit again!
