PAYMENT

Reservations are confirmed once payment or deposit is completed at checkout.
Some dates may allow a deposit at booking, with the remaining balance charged automatically before arrival.
A refundable security deposit may be required for certain stays or properties.

CANCELLATION

Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in, unless otherwise stated at booking.
Cancellations within 14 days of arrival may be non-refundable.
For bookings made within 7 days of check-in, full payment is required and becomes non-refundable.
