Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: After 3 pm
- Check-out: By 11 am
- Early check-in or late check-out requests must be approved in advance.
Parking
- A maximum of 4-6 cars are allowed.
- Parking is permitted on the driveway only, no road side parking allowed.
- Garage is not available for use.
Wi-Fi
We provide free high-speed internet. The network ID and password will be available upon check-in.
Maximum Occupancy
The property accommodates a maximum of 20 guests.
No Parties or Events
- Parties or events are strictly prohibited.
- If any are discovered, your reservation may be canceled immediately without a refund, and additional charges may apply.

- Pets of any kind are not allowed on the property. This rule helps us maintain a clean, allergy-free environment for all guests.
Exceptions
- Service animals are permitted in compliance with local laws. However, we request advance notice to make necessary accommodations.
Penalties for Violations
- If a pet is brought onto the property without prior approval:
- A cleaning fee of $100 will be charged.
- Additional charges may apply for any damages or excessive cleaning required.
- Guests may be asked to vacate the property without a refund.

Responsibility for Damages
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused by unauthorized pets, including but not limited to scratches, stains, or odors.
Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours are from 7 pmto 8 am.
- Please be respectful of neighbors and other guests.
No Smoking
- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
- Please use designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
Respecting Surrounding Communities
During their stay or Experience, guests must respect the surrounding community and its rules.
This includes but is not limited to: designated quiet hours, parking locations and hours, number of cars allowed (4-6 Cars maxmum), and proper disposal of rubbish and debris in designated areas.
Damages
Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay. Please report any accidents or breakages immediately.
Security Damage Deposit
A $500 Security Deposit will be charged at the time of your reservation to cover potential damages. This deposit will be fully refunded within 7 days of check-out, provided no damages are found.
Below is a list of potential damages that could result in partial or full forfeiture of the security deposit:
- Structural Damage: Damage to walls, floors, doors, or windows.
- Furniture and Appliance Damage: Breakage or significant damage to furniture, appliances, or electronics.
- Excessive Dirt or Cleaning Costs: Cleaning required beyond normal wear and tear, such as stains on carpets or upholstery.
- Theft or Loss of Property: Missing items or personal property.
- Damage to Bedding or Linens: Stains or damage to bedding, towels, or linens.
- Unauthorized Pets: Damage caused by pets that were not permitted.
- Smoking Damage: Smoke damage in designated non-smoking areas.
- Disruptive Behavior: Significant disturbances or damage resulting from gatherings or parties.
Commercial film and Photography
Guests should not participate in film or photography that is intended for commercial use or profit, without documented permission from the Host.
Cleanliness
- Please keep the space clean and tidy.
- Place trash in the provided bins and clean up after yourself in shared spaces.
Security
Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property.
Amenities
Use of amenities, e.g., BBQ, etc. is at your own risk. Follow posted guidelines and hours of operation.

Please follow all local laws, including noise ordinances and fire safety guidelines.
