Payment & Cancellation Policy

This Payment & Cancellation Policy applies to all reservations made directly through CozyCotts.com unless otherwise stated.

1. PAYMENT TERM

Deposit Requirement

  • A 30% deposit of the total accommodation fee is required to confirm a reservation.
  • The deposit is payable at the time of booking via our secure online payment system.

Full Payment Requirement

  • For bookings made within 7 days of the check-in date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Reservations are not confirmed until the required payment (deposit or full amount) is successfully received.

Remaining Balance

  • The remaining balance (after the deposit) must be paid before check-in.

  • CozyCotts reserves the right to request the remaining balance prior to arrival and/or to cancel the reservation if the balance is not paid by the specified due date.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

Free Cancellation

  • Guests may cancel their reservation up to 14 days before the check-in date and receive a full refund of the amount paid.
  • Note: A “full refund” refers to a refund of the actual amount paid at the time of cancellation (e.g., deposit only, if applicable).

Late Cancellations

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Bookings Within 7 Days of Check-in

  • Reservations made within 7 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking and are non-refundable.

3. NO-SHOWS & EARLY DEPARTURES

  • No-shows and early departures are treated as late cancellations and are non-refundable.

  • Date changes or reservation modifications are subject to availability and approval by CozyCotts.

  • Any approved modification may result in a price adjustment based on the updated dates and rates.

5. PAYMENT METHODS

  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during checkout.

  • All payments are processed securely.

6. SPECIAL EVENTS & PEAK PERIODS

  • Different payment or cancellation terms may apply during special events, peak seasons, or promotional periods (e.g., major sporting events).

  • Any such terms will be clearly disclosed at the time of booking and will override this policy where applicable.

7. AGREEMENT

  • By completing a reservation on CozyCotts.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Payment & Cancellation Policy.
