Step-by-Step Guide to Wireless Projector Setup

Welcome to CozyCotts Stay – Green River Villa! This guide will walk you through how to use the Epson projector in your villa, including how to connect your devices wirelessly using the Epson iProjection App. Follow these steps to easily project documents, photos, web pages, and even live camera feeds from your mobile device or Chromebook.

How to Connect


Step 1: Download the Epson iProjection App

Visit the app store on your device:

  • Apple App Store (for iPhone, iPad)
  • Google Play Store (for Android devices)
  • Search for Epson iProjection and download the app.

Step 2: Display the QR Code

  1. Turn on the projector.
  2. Press the Menu button on the remote control.
  3. Select Network and press Enter.

  4. Select Displaythe QR Code
    The projector will display a QR code on the screen.

    Step 3: Connect Your Device

      1. Open the Epson iProjection App on your mobile device.
      2. Use the app’s QR code reader to scan the QR code displayed by the projector.
      3. Your device will automatically connect to the projector.

      What Can Display

      The Epson iProjection App allows you to wirelessly project the following content from your mobile device or Chromebook:

      Documents

      • Word®
      • PowerPoint®
      • Excel®
      • Keynote®
      • Adobe® PDF
      • Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets
      • Note: Android devices currently only support PDFs.

      Photos

      • iOS: JPG, TIFF, PNG
      • Android: JPG, TIFF, PNG

      Web Pages

      • iOS: JPG, TIFF, PNG
      • Android: JPG, TIFF, PNG

      Mobile Camera Display

      • iOS: JPG, TIFF, PNG
      • Android: JPG, TIFF, PNG

      How to Project

      1. Projecting Documents

      1. Open the iProjection app on your device.
      2. Select the document you want to project (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, PDF).
      3. Tap Project to display it on the big screen.

      2. Projecting Photos

      1. Open the iProjection app.
      2. Select a photo from your device’s photo library.
      3. Tap Project to display it.

      3. Projecting Web Pages

      1. Open the iProjection app.
      2. Use the built-in browser to navigate to the web page you want to project.
      3. Tap Project to display the web page.

      4. Using Mobile Camera Display

      1. Open the iProjection app.
      2. Select the Camera option.
      3. Point your device’s camera at the object you want to display (e.g., a book or paper).
      4. The live image will be projected onto the screen.

      Tips

      • Ensure your device and the projector are connected to the same network.
      • If the QR code does not appear, press Enter on the remote control to display it.
