By making a reservation with CozyCotts Stay (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, fair, and enjoyable experience for all guests.

• Reservations are confirmed upon successful payment or deposit, as specified during the booking process.

• For certain stays or properties, a refundable security deposit may be required. If applicable, details will be shown at checkout.

• The remaining balance, if any, must be paid prior to check-in according to the payment schedule displayed during booking.

All payment terms presented during checkout form part of the reservation agreement.

• Free cancellation is available up to 14 days before check-in, unless otherwise stated during booking.

• Cancellations must be submitted through the booking link provided in the confirmation email or via the guest account.

• Reservations made within 14 days of arrival may be subject to different cancellation terms, as clearly shown at checkout.

Please note: payment processing fees charged by third-party providers (such as Stripe or PayPal) are non-refundable.

• Minimum stay requirements may apply depending on season, demand, or special events.

• During high-demand periods such as the 2026 FIFA World Cup, special pricing and minimum stay rules apply and are displayed during booking.

By completing a reservation, guests acknowledge and accept these conditions.

• The number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in the listing.

• Additional guests beyond the base occupancy may incur extra charges, as shown during booking.

• Children count toward total occupancy unless otherwise stated.

Guests agree to:

• Treat the property with care and respect

• Keep the accommodation clean and in good condition

• Report any damage or issues promptly

Damage beyond normal wear and tear may be charged to the guest or deducted from the security deposit.

• All properties are non-smoking unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Quiet hours are typically observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

• Parties, large gatherings, or events are not permitted without prior approval.

Violations may result in additional fees or termination of the stay without refund.

• Pets are not permitted unless explicitly approved in writing prior to arrival.

• Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning or damage charges.

Some amenities or safety considerations (such as waterfront access, outdoor features, or recreational equipment) apply only to specific properties.
Guests are responsible for reviewing the individual listing description for property-specific details and suitability.

Guests stay at the property at their own risk. CozyCotts Stay is not responsible for:

• Personal injury, illness, or accidents

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings

• Delays or disruptions caused by events beyond our control

Our liability, if any, is limited to the total amount paid for the reservation.

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or utility outages.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved under Ontario jurisdiction.

CozyCotts Stay reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

By completing a booking and staying at a CozyCotts Stay property, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
