🔥 BBQ Grill: Propane provided. Please clean the grill after use. During the snow season, outdoor BBQ use may not be possible if the weather conditions are unfavorable.
🗑️ Dishwashing: Please wash all dishes before checkout.

💰 Deposit: A $300 Security Deposit may be charged at the time of booking. It will be fully refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damages are found.

✅Structural Damage – Walls, floors, doors, or windows.
✅Furniture/Appliance Damage – Broken or heavily damaged items.
✅Excessive Cleaning – Stains, spills, or deep cleaning beyond normal use.

✅Unauthorized Pets – Damage from unapproved animals.
✅Smoking Violations – Smoke damage in non-smoking areas.
✅Disruptive Behavior – Parties or disturbances causing damage.

🚣 Water Activities: Use at your own risk. Life jackets are recommended and available for free use. Please return them to their original indoor location after use.
🏕️ Respect Nature: Please clean up after yourself and avoid disturbing wildlife.

TURNING ON THE SYTEM:

🚪 Go to the room behind the TV and open the door.

💡 Find the light control switch behind the door.

📱 On the table, locate the AV Vantage S108A Smart Power System.

🔛 Press the START button – the Karaoke system will turn on automatically, one device at a time. No need to touch anything else.

TUENING OFF THE SYSTEM: 

🔴 Press the START button on the AV Vantage S108A again. All pars of the system will power down automatically – no need to adjust each machines.

🔋 RECHARGING THE MICROPHONE BATTERIES:

🔄 Twist the bottom of the microphone to open it and remove the battery.

🔌 Insert the battery into the CHARGE PORT on the top-left Karaoke machine. Wait at least 30 minutes for a full charge.

Alternatively, backup batteries are in the drawers under the TV.

1. 插电并开机 Connect Power and Turn On

将麻将桌插入电源，并打开电源开关。麻将桌中央的显示屏会显示当前状态，如“待机”或“准备开始”。
Plug the mahjong table into the power outlet and switch it on. The central display will show the current status, such as “Standby” or “Ready to Start.”

2. 放置麻将牌 Place Mahjong Tiles

将麻将牌洗好后放入麻将桌的牌盒中。你可以选择自动洗牌或手动洗牌。
Shuffle the tiles and place them into the tile box of the table. You can choose automatic shuffling or manual shuffling.

3. 发牌 Dealing Tiles

玩家就坐后，按下开始按钮或摇骰子，麻将桌会自动发牌。若是需要抓牌的麻将，每位玩家抓牌时会自动弹出对应数量的牌。
After players are seated, press the “Start” button or roll the dice. The table will deal tiles automatically. For draw-style mahjong, tiles will pop up automatically for each player.

4. 出牌 Playing Tiles

玩家出牌时，将牌放入麻将桌侧面或中央的出牌区。麻将桌会自动处理出牌，并在显示屏上显示牌局情况。
When discarding a tile, place it in the side or central discard area. The table will process the move automatically and display the current game status.

5. 结算 Scoring

当有人胡牌或流局时，麻将桌会自动计算得分，并在屏幕上显示。此时可以选择继续下一局或结束游戏。
When a player wins or the game ends in a draw, the table will calculate scores automatically and display them. You may then start the next round or end the game.

6. 结束与清理 Shut Down and Cleaning

结束游戏时，按下关机按钮即可。如需清理，按下清理按钮，麻将桌会自动将退牌收回到牌盒中。
To end the game, press the power-off button. For cleaning, press the “Clear” button, and the table will automatically collect the tiles back into the box.
