π₯ BBQ Grill: Propane provided. Please clean the grill after use. During the snow season, outdoor BBQ use may not be possible if the weather conditions are unfavorable.
ποΈ Dishwashing: Please wash all dishes before checkout.
π Security Deposit Policy
π° Deposit: A $300 Security Deposit may be charged at the time of booking. It will be fully refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damages are found.

π€ How to Use Karaoke System
TURNING ON THE SYTEM:
πͺ Go to the room behind the TV and open the door.
π‘ Find the light control switch behind the door.
π± On the table, locate the AV Vantage S108A Smart Power System.
π Press the START button β the Karaoke system will turn on automatically, one device at a time. No need to touch anything else.
TUENING OFF THE SYSTEM:Β
π΄ Press the START button on the AV Vantage S108A again. All pars of the system will power down automatically β no need to adjust each machines.
π RECHARGING THE MICROPHONE BATTERIES:
π Twist the bottom of the microphone to open it and remove the battery.
π Insert the battery into the CHARGE PORT on the top-left Karaoke machine. Wait at least 30 minutes for a full charge.
Alternatively, backup batteries are in the drawers under the TV.

Check that the kayak is in good condition (no leaks, paddles are intact).
Ensure the life jacket is properly fitted.
πΆββοΈ Launch the Kayak
Carry or roll the kayak to the waterβs edge.
Enter the kayak carefully, keeping your balance.
ποΈ Paddle
Hold the paddle with both hands and place it in the water.
Alternate paddling on each side to move forward or steer.
βοΈ Maintain Balance
Keep your body centered in the kayak.
Adjust your paddle strokes to avoid tipping.
π¨ Safety First
Always wear a life jacket.
Stay aware of your surroundings and avoid strong currents.
π Return and Dock
Paddle back to the shore and carefully exit the kayak.
Rinse the kayak with fresh water after use.
