Pets Welcome! Well-behaved pets are allowed with the following guidelines:

💲 Pet Fee: $50 per pet (flat or per night) for extra cleaning.

⚖️ Size Limit: Pets must be under 10 lbs (contact us for larger breeds).
🛏️ No Pets on Furniture/Beds – Please keep them off.
🧹 Clean Up Required – Waste bags provided; use outdoor bins.
🔇 Noise Control – Avoid excessive barking.
🚪 Supervision: Pets must not be left alone unless crated.
💰 Damage Responsibility: Owners cover any pet-related damage.

👨‍🍳 Fully Equipped Kitchen – Includes a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishes, wine cups, coffe maker, and dishwasher, etc.
🔥 BBQ Grill: Propane provided. Please clean the grill after use. During the snow season, outdoor BBQ use may not be possible if the weather conditions are unfavorable.
🗑️ Dishwashing: Please wash all dishes before checkout.

💰 Deposit: A $300 Security Deposit may be charged at the time of booking. It will be fully refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damages are found.

🚨 Deposit Forfeiture May Apply for:

✅Structural Damage – Walls, floors, doors, or windows.
✅Furniture/Appliance Damage – Broken or heavily damaged items.
✅Excessive Cleaning – Stains, spills, or deep cleaning beyond normal use.
✅Theft/Loss – Missing property or items.
✅Bedding & Linen Damage – Stains or damage to sheets, towels, or linens.
✅Unauthorized Pets – Damage from unapproved animals.
✅Smoking Violations – Smoke damage in non-smoking areas.
✅Disruptive Behavior – Parties or disturbances causing damage.

🚣 Water Activities: Use at your own risk. Life jackets are recommended and available for free use. Please return them to their original indoor location after use.

TURNING ON THE SYTEM:

🚪 Go to the room behind the TV and open the door.

💡 Find the light control switch behind the door.

📱 On the table, locate the AV Vantage S108A Smart Power System.

🔛 Press the START button – the Karaoke system will turn on automatically, one device at a time. No need to touch anything else.

TUENING OFF THE SYSTEM: 

🔴 Press the START button on the AV Vantage S108A again. All pars of the system will power down automatically – no need to adjust each machines.

🔋 RECHARGING THE MICROPHONE BATTERIES:

🔄 Twist the bottom of the microphone to open it and remove the battery.

🔌 Insert the battery into the CHARGE PORT on the top-left Karaoke machine. Wait at least 30 minutes for a full charge.

Alternatively, backup batteries are in the drawers under the TV.

1. 🛶 Prepare the Kayak

   • Check that the kayak is in good condition (no leaks, paddles are intact).

   • Ensure the life jacket is properly fitted.

2. 🚶‍♂️ Launch the Kayak

   • Carry or roll the kayak to the water’s edge.

   • Enter the kayak carefully, keeping your balance.

3. 🏞️ Paddle

   • Hold the paddle with both hands and place it in the water.

   • Alternate paddling on each side to move forward or steer.

4. ⚖️ Maintain Balance

   • Keep your body centered in the kayak.

   • Adjust your paddle strokes to avoid tipping.

5. 🚨 Safety First

   • Always wear a life jacket.

   • Stay aware of your surroundings and avoid strong currents.

6. 🛑 Return and Dock

   • Paddle back to the shore and carefully exit the kayak.

   • Rinse the kayak with fresh water after use.
